Dive professionals are marine environment ambassadors!

Posted 29 Jun 2014

Dive professionals are naturally passionate about the health of our underwater world because it is their workplace and the reason for their livelihood!

Professional internship candidates are encouraged to engage in all our marine conservation projects, and we conduct numerous activities to raise public awareness and educate nature enthusiasts’ on the various plights to our natural world and the ways to protect it.

Qualifying as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor instantly qualifies the Instructor to certify students in the PADI AWARE Coral Reef Conservation and the PADI Project AWARE Specialty. These two courses will inspire others to volunteer their selfless efforts to protect and preserve our marine world.

Groups of adventurers’ visit our premier PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre on Gaya Island to learn to scuba dive, and interns will note the clear symbiosis between PADI courses and programs with Project AWARE’s mission.

It is truly rewarding to be a part of any project that contributes to the conservation of the marine world and as dive professionals there is a responsibility to stir in others this passion.

To get involved in a worthy cause, get in touch with one of our Head Office staff in KK Times Square, and we’ll create a tailor-made internship program for your individual needs to Go PRO with us in Borneo!
