Get more out of teaching with positive reinforcement!

Posted 29 Sep 2014

Conducting a PADI course or program flows so much more easily when student divers are confident and motivated to be successful.

It’s so important for the student diver to receive positive reinforcement from their dive educator because it inspires their continued learning and they will become more independent.

Instructor Development Course (IDC) candidates are provided the Guide to Teaching as part of their IDC CrewPak, and our Go PRO team of PADI Instructor Trainers will direct them to follow the PADI system of learning to successfully complete the IDC, as well as the Instructor Examination (IE)!

Dive skills will be assigned to candidates to conduct for the confined and open water teaching presentations performance requirements of the IDC. In a single presentation, an evaluator will record the standard of briefing, control, organization, communication, debriefing and more!

After several skills presentations, candidates are much more prepared for what is expected by PADI standards, and benefit so much from our Go PRO team’s dedication to their counseling.

For further details on our next IDC and how we can integrate the course into an attractive Go PRO internship program, contact our Head Office where one of our experienced and helpful members of staff will advise you on your next step to Go PRO in Borneo!
