Professional dive training in the PADI Divemaster course requires a clear understanding of basic dive theory to explain in layman’s terms to future student divers.

As a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, you can teach the PADI courses and programs up to the level of PADI Divemaster and with each diver level, the dive theory becomes more advanced.

Our Go PRO team of PADI Instructor Trainers develops our Go PRO internship candidates through a variety of instructional methods. Prescriptive presentations for example target specific subjects of dive theory, such as the principles of Boyle’s Law.

It’s important for professional divers to relate physics to dive skills for a student divers’ knowledge development, which is why our dedicated and full time IDC Staff Instructor Pablo conducts a morning dive theory session with his protégé, Mike Jones. During Mike’s 1-month Go PRO internship program, he will find his confidence increases with each dive expereince. Our interns get a head start in this respect because their internship program includes the opportunity to experience ‘real diving’ with ‘real clients’ – no simulation whatsoever, but always under the supervision of one of our experienced PADI Instructors.

For more information on Go PRO internship programs at our premier PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre, contact our Head Office, and one of our friendly and helpful Go PRO advisors will get back with a convenient itinerary for you to live the diving dream in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah!
