We see a lot of families who share a love for SCUBA, such as the lovely Boulanger family learning the PADI Open Water Diver course. But is it genetic? Or Downbelow Go PRO training?

Professional divers have different paths in life that lead them to finally ‘make the leap’ to qualify as PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors (OWSI). Some may have grown up in a family of divers who couldn’t plan a family holiday without getting some scuba diving in, such as what we suspect will become of Robert Boulanger and his children! For OWSI Timmy though, he took a chance and enrolled on Downbelow’s local Go PRO internship from curiosity of the underwater world, and inspired by his first experience and the encouragement of our Go PRO team’s 100% support, Timmy lives the diving dream now!
