Mobile skills will test your teaching skills!

Mobile skills are ones in which the performance requirement requires a distance to complete or skills involving ascending or descending. To organize student divers during these skills demands the highest level of supervision and leadership from a PADI Instructor!

The PADI Instructor can opt for certified assistance, such as the minimum of a PADI Divemaster, but in a real life diving situation an Instructor needs to be confident and independent.

Confidence building on independence will develop with time, from the beneficial experience of teaching as much as possible!

Paul assesses and controls his student divers during the alternate air source ascent skill of the PADI Open Water Diver course. As a PADI Master Instructor, Paul has accomplished a vast amount of instructional experience to prepare for any eventuality in a mobile skill, so to avert problems he stays close and controls their ascent rate.

Our Go PRO internship programs to become a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor is a 1-month itinerary, which includes real dive experience to graduate confident professional divers, ready for the scuba diving industry!
