It’s up to a medical physician whether someone is ‘Fit to Dive’, but it’s still the duty of PADI Instructors to explain the meaning of ‘Fit to Dive’!

PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Azhar elaborates the necessity for his participants of the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program to complete the PADI Medical Statement enclosed within their brochure. Our team ensure their students that many who have answered ‘Yes’ to the questions have been given medical clearance after being medically examined by a physician – and gone on to learn SCUBA without experiencing any problems – and even continued their dive adventure to Go PRO!

Diver safety is the highest priority at our premier PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre facilities, and by following the safety procedures outlined by the Recreational Scuba Training Council, this minimizes any risk in SCUBA. All sports and recreation is safe when rules are followed – and Instructors’ have the highest responsibility to follow them!
