This time of year, the weather is exhibiting perfect conditions for PADI Instructors’ group control, and two of our dedicated and full-time professional divers conduct our 1-day Snorkel Safari program for a family of 15!

Hailing from Australia, the 15 family and friends stayed at our luxury partner Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort & Spa to attend a wedding. For a day trip, they visited our premier PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre, where PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Timmy and PADI IDC Staff Instructor Tim, guided them at different snorkel sites for each of the 3 sessions.

Liferings and lifejackets were provided for any weaker or unconfident swimmer to address health and safety precautions, and their guides also impressed the value of assisting them in collecting any marine debris they come across during their snorkelling activity. Tim and Timmy tied a couple of mesh bags gifted to our dive outfit by Project AWARE, which we use to inspire our clients to be more involved in protecting and preserving our marine environment, and of course leaving with a greater sense of appreciation for our natural world after their experience with us!
