‘Pro Diver’ training entails more than just diving – candidates are expected to develop their professional attitude for their clients’ satisfaction.
This program includes: snorkelling, jungle trekking and kayaking, and through each activity, the ladies learn more about the natural environment in our local area of the Tunku Abdul Rahman marine park.
With each program conducted, Chris improves his leadership skills – one of those being, communication!
To effectively communicate with students and participants is crucial for dive professionals to ensure diver safety and it also raises their confidence; and Chris is gaining confidence in the ‘bucket-loads’ to prepare him for our Go PRO team’s award winning PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC)!
Our dedicated ‘Pro Divers’ acquire a well-rounded unique education about our natural environment when conducting non-diving programs to exercise their knowledge of terrestrial life. This can only benefit their future career in the dive industry as Project AWARE ambassadors too! And Chris has had plenty opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of marine conservation through our numerous underwater and beach clean ups.
