Two of our Go PRO interns Polly and Ian teach a family about the amazing underwater world!
Polly and Ian are conducting separate courses, the PADI Open Water Diver course and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course.
During the PADI Open Water Diver course, an entry-level course, which introduces the student diver to gain comfortable body positioning, underwater movement and weight distribution. These factors effect buoyancy, a skill that must be mastered to complete the course and qualify as a PADI Open Water Diver and the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course enforces buoyancy in every single adventure dive that is elective and mandatory.
Each skill is elaborated and refined in the next level of the PADI system of dive education and this is something needed to be acknowledged and appreciated by candidates of the Instructor Development Course (IDC).
Our Go PRO interns Polly and Ian successfully completed their own IDC and Instructor Examination (IE) in June within a fully inclusive internship program. Now that they are gaining their valuable teaching experience they naturally link each PADI course and program to one another!
Get more information when you contact one of our friendly and experienced members of the Head Office to discuss a suitable itinerary to enroll on the IDC in one of our Go PRO internship programs and live your diving in exotic Borneo!
